Hettich debuted the next iteration of its award-winning FurnSpin rotating cabinet, FurnSpin Illumination, at KBIS 2026.
FurnSpin Illumination is noteworthy for its swivel-activated lighting mechanism, a solution previously limited by the challenge of routing and hiding wires in a motion fixture. With FurnSpin Illumination, cables are completely managed and hidden from view by being routed down through the furniture piece. The hardware is compatible with any type of lighting – strip lighting or pinhole lighting – completely customizable and turned on with a swish of a finger.
This new addition of illuminated rotation dramatically elevates the difference between open and closed, turning the cabinet into a show-stopping “jewelry box” once activated.

FurnSpin Illumination is compatible with all sizes of FurnSpins. The compact FurnSpin S measures 13 ⅜ inches wide by 13 ⅜ inches deep with a maximum height of 78 inches and a load capacity of 175 pounds. For medium-sized applications, FurnSpin M offers a 15 ⅞-in. width and depth, a maximum height of 86 inches and a load capacity of 220 pounds. The largest option, FurnSpin XL, features dimensions of 20 ¾ inches wide by 20 ¾ inches deep, supporting up to 260 pounds with a maximum height of 94 inches.
