Fagor America has updated their 24″ Stainless Steel European style side-opening oven with more energy-efficient, user-friendly features. Along with an LCD touch screen and 10 cooking programs, these modern ovens boast a European convection system. This system surrounds the convection fan to circulate preheated air evenly throughout the oven interior to speed up cooking. With new cooking functions, a memory function and a special preheat booster, these side-opening ovens accommodate special needs and can be installed at any height.
