Semi-custom cabinetry manufacturer Fabuwood has announced the launch of Ovela, a frameless cabinet line that blends elevated design with engineered durability. The collection builds on the success of Fabuwood’s Illume series, introducing a next-generation standard for modern cabinetry that reflects growing demand among U.S. designers and homeowners for all-plywood construction.
Crafted from UV-veneered plywood, Ovela is designed for strength, balance and dimensional consistency. Each cabinet features solid wood dovetail drawer boxes, Blumotion soft-close hardware and refined joinery that ensure smooth, lasting performance.
The series combines a sleek, approachable aesthetic with finishes that reveal depth and texture as they catch the light. Upgraded components, including recessed plywood toe kicks, premium metal shelf clips and six-way T drawer adjustments, reinforce both style and structural integrity.
Ovela debuts with Catalina and Tuscany door styles, with additional profiles, including Galaxy and Luna, currently in development. The new line aligns with Fabuwood’s broader product ecosystem, allowing designers and homeowners to mix and match finishes, accessories and configurations while preserving a unified look across spaces.
