The new 10-Tray Dehydrator with Digital Control RES10 is the latest product from Excalibur. With two drying zones, the RES10 allows users to dry several foods at varying temperatures, cutting time in half and doubling efficiency. With two time settings, each up to 99 hours and adjustable temperature ranges, the unit lets foodies simultaneously dehydrate chewy jerky as well as gummy fruit leathers. The RES10 can also be programmed to save 30 recipes.
