Elias Woodwork introduces Assemble On Site (AOS Elite) Cabinet Boxes, which include face frame and frameless with two assembly options. Custom sized to 1/16-in., the boxes are designed to accommodate a new full kitchen or bath remodel or refacing project. The new Lock Dowel system makes assembly of the frameless cabinets fast and simple. Elias Woodwork implemented advanced edge machinery to accommodate the precision drilling and insertion needed for installing the Lock Dowel hardware. There is no need for additional drilling or measuring once you receive your cabinet parts. The lock dowel parts are made with zinc aluminum that has more than 100 lbs. of pull force once snapped together. The Lock Dowel Frameless cabinet boxes are available in white furniture board or UV-finished birch plywood and edgebanded with various matching wood grains. Dovetail drawer boxes and doors with soft-close hardware are also available.
