Dura Supreme Cabinetry has introduced new options to its wood hood program, including the Box Hood and the Contemporary Box Hood. These simplistic, modern hoods offer designers a minimalist design that can enhance their next kitchen renovation. Both of these new hoods feature a sleek and simple design that is not only visually appealing, but also practical and easy to install.
The new hoods have been designed with an internal bracket system that makes installation and inspection simple.With their simplified design and construction, the hoods include an internal bracket system. The liner and blower can be installed to the bracket and inspected, and then the box hood can be mounted to the bracket. Installation instructions are included with each Box Hood.
Dura Supreme’s product development team wanted to ensure there was an easy and safe way for installers to install, inspectors to inspect and homeowners to have access. The new mounting system makes Box Hoods a more practical choice.
The Box Hood canopies feature a simple “square” hood design with no moldings and a sleek box shape, available in plain, paneled or shiplap, to match the wood and finish of the surrounding Dura Supreme Cabinetry.
The Contemporary Box Hood includes a plain box canopy with your choice of any of Dura Supreme’s luxurious contemporary finishes — high-gloss acrylic, ultra-matte acrylic, wired gloss, textured TFL, matte foil, laminate, exotic veneers and the brands two newest contemporary finish options, sculpted TFL and matte TFL.
