Dacor has released a new Renaissance 36-in. Epicure raised ventilation system that is compatible with the company’s Distinctive 36-in. gas cooktop. The ventilation system effectively removes smoke and cooking fumes, stores discreetly under the counter surface and remains out of view when not in use. When needed, the system rises 15 in. above the countertop, offering homeowners an alternate option to a wall-mounted or island hood.
