Dacor’s Renaissance 30-in. single and double wall ovens feature a 4.8-cu.-ft. interior cavity and are equipped with seven rack positions. To cook dishes quickly and evenly, the units feature a Four-Part Pure convection system that creates uniform temperatures on every level of the oven cell through a custom designed air baffle that channels hot air into an optimal cooking pattern. For quick clean-up, GreenClean uses steam to break-up baked-on splatters and drips on the oven floor in about thirty minutes. Users can reserve the 2-hour self-cleaning option for heavier debris and build up. The wall ovens come equipped with Dacor’s GlideRacks, which were designed with a handle in the front, so even while wearing an oven mitt, the heavy dishes can be removed with ease. The Renaissance single wall oven retails for $2,999 and the double wall oven retails for $4,999.
