The unit is fully automatic with a commercial-style compressor and 60-minute countdown timer, and is designed with touchpad controls and a blue LCD readout. The ice cream and gelato maker also has a transparent lid with a mix-in opening, and a new Keep Cool function that automatically activates when preparation time is up. The ICE-100 retails for $299.
