Offering powerful cooking technology for the home chef, Capital’s new Culinarian series of ranges are available in a variety of sizes in both freestanding and built-in applications. All burners on the ranges have 23,000 Btu of power and low-temperature capability, with flames that rise from not only around the burner cap but also each part of the burner ports, providing even heat distribution. The oven has a reduced distance between the top rack position and the broiler, making for a more efficient broil, while the open burner system is ideal for wok cooking. Optional griddle surfaces or BBQ grill surfaces are available.
