Blanco introduces the SOLON compost system, which is made of recycled stainless steel and collects organic waste below the countertop. Measuring 7 ½ in. x 8 ¼ in., it holds 1.5 gallons of liquid, is dishwasher-safe and can be specified for inset or drop-in installation. The system also traps odors inside to eliminate stench.
