With Celsius Cooking technology, several sensors are designed to control moisture and measure temperatures at several points using smart algorithms to ensure less temperature variations. The oven requires a one-time calibration and afterwards corrects any temperature deviations, ensuring precise cooking every time. A wired probe measures core temperatures in different types of food and helps calibrate the temperature in the oven.
The ovens come in Frame and in Glass design, providing the possibility to integrate with different kitchen styles. A one-piece metal frame surrounds the door and integrates the control panel, creating a robust look that integrates seamlessly into kitchen cabinetry.
The Frame design is available in stainless steel, graphite black and black steel. Next to these distinctively different colors, ASKO has added a fourth material — glass. It is a fascinating material that expresses the minimalistic approach and makes the oven blend in because the glass reflects and adapts to the environment effortlessly but with a great effect.
