Nazionale, the new tap collection by Antoniolupi, approaches bathroom fittings as a sculptural presence within the space. Defined by clean, rigorous lines, smooth surfaces and sharp edges, the project turns attention to the precision of detail and the strength of its geometry.
At the heart of the design are the distinctive geometric knobs: trapezoidal parallelepipeds with generous proportions, conceived to offer a natural grip and an intuitive rotational movement. Their smooth surfaces and precise cuts recall the clarity of a diamond or the compact solidity of a small ingot, transforming the tap into a refined architectural element within the bathroom.
A calibrated contrast emerges between the sculpted knobs and the cylindrical spout, creating a visual tension that naturally draws the eye. The collection is crafted in AISI 316L stainless steel, selected for its durability and aesthetic purity, and is available in satin and polished finishes, as well as matte lacquer in all colors from the Antoniolupi palette. The range is further enriched by new PVD finishes, both brushed and polished, in ottone, oro, rame and cromo nero.
The Nazionale series extends into a complete system of designer bathroom taps, with solutions for sink, bidet, bathtub and shower. For the sink, installation can be either wall-mounted or countertop, with the possibility of positioning the knob separately from the spout. The result is a subtle interplay of reflections between metal surfaces, water and light, where diagonal cuts capture and redirect light against plaster finishes or the rich textures of natural stone.
