Antoniolupi has introduced Lilium, a freestanding washbasin designed by Brian Sironi that blends sculptural form, natural materials and tailored craftsmanship. The design is a slender stem that opens into a crown as it rises, offering a clean, rigorous shape that naturally widens to envelop the water and collect it inside. This virtuous combination of shapes, surfaces and textures creates an organic image that excites the observer.
Lilium is a freestanding sink whose name evokes the image of a calla lily or a lily, and just like a flower, it conveys a feeling of lightness but at the same time of energy that radiates upwards. The perfect proportions make the shapes harmonious, while the natural materials and delicate color combinations soften the sculptural presence.
The cylindrical oak base, available in different types, is slender and elongated, while the natural stone basin is more welcoming and generous. Solidity and lightness coexist in a cylindrical volume that enhances the vertical dimension thanks to the striped texture — already present in the Rigatino project — and in a soft embrace that describes the sink area, inviting the user to contemplate its uniqueness.
