AGA Marvel has launched the AGA Total Control range cooker in the United States. Featuring three ovens–preset at the correct temperature for roasting, slow cooking, and baking–and two large hotplates, the unit vents directly into the room, allowing for installation anywhere in the home. Designed to be installed under a conventional range hood, the new venting system has been developed so that natural heat from the ovens maintains the temperature within the venting system. This allows moisture from the ovens to rise naturally and exit within a specially designed shroud, which sits at the back of the top plate between the two cooking zones. The unit is available in a variety of standard and signature colors.
