THG Paris Adds Two Industry Veterans to Sales Team

Published: March 26, 2019

THG Paris has announced the expansion of its East Coast team with two new hires: manager of AD development Melissa Stowell and Eli Drebin, who fills a new position as project sales manager. The two will provide the support and resources needed to execute sales and training presentations of the brand’s world-renowned designer collaborations and diverse product offerings. The two new additions to the THG Paris team follow a year of successful growth for the THG Paris East Coast market.

In the new position of project sales manager, Drebin is responsible for developing and strengthening THG Paris’ relationships with architects and design firms that focus on contract, hospitality and multi-unit development projects. Prior to joining THG Paris, he held the title of New York project sales manager for Dornbracht, where he was responsible for the growth and development of the brand’s multi-unit project sales and placed Dornbracht’s products in many iconic buildings that make up the New York skyline. Drebin also served as the New York senior commercial sales representative at Caesarstone, where he built the brand’s vision for their commercial segment of the Northeast.

As AD development manager, Stowell is responsible for building and strengthening relationships with architects and designers in the Northeast region. She joins THG Paris from Wilsonart, where she was focused on commercial and residential product specifications for solid surface, laminate and other specialty surfacing materials. Previously, Stowell was the specifications manager at Midwest Floor Coverings, where she worked with commercial and residential architecture and design firms to promote Wilsonart, Cambria and Arborite surfacing materials. She is actively involved with and serves on committees for numerous design associations, including the International Interior Design Association (IIDA), the Network of Executive Women in Hospitality (NEWH), Leadership, Mentoring, Networking Opportunities for Architecture and Design Professionals (LMNOP) and the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID).

“We’re very excited to expand our presence with the hiring of Melissa and Eli,” said Pedro Uranga, North American director of THG Paris. “Their skills and expertise will help THG Paris continue to flourish and thrive in the east coast market.”
