Garden State Tile has formally launched their new virtual design consultation service for trade and residential clients. The new service, executed via video conference, allows for customers to discuss their project needs, design goals, and inspiration with an Architectural and Design Representative or Design Consultant from the comfort of their home or office.
“Garden State Tile is always looking for innovative ways to successfully service our clients,” says Nikki Scalia Savard, Communications Director for Garden State Tile. “These free virtual design consultations allow customers both near and far to experience the same renowned concierge service they would during a showroom visit or in-person meeting.”
To schedule a virtual appointment, clients are asked to fill out the scheduling form and provide information about their upcoming project. During the consultation the customer is matched with an in-house design specialist who will offer a personalized selection of tile from a vast array of product offerings. The customer will receive free samples mailed to their home or office, product images, and technical information for collections that meet their style, budget, and timeline. Once the selections are confirmed, the order can easily be placed over the phone or via email.
