Americh is again participating in the Cleveland St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway, where one family will win a custom-built home. This is Americh’s second time working with local Cleveland showroom Edelman Plumbing, by donating a Glacion tub and a Turo tub. The home, built by St. Jude sponsor Cleveland Custom Homes, will be built in Falls Glen in Olmsted Falls, Ohio, and the date of the giveaway is June 30, 2021.
“Americh is so pleased that Edelman Plumbing asked us to participate again in this important project,” said Kim Frechette, national sales manager for Americh. “St. Jude does such crucial work, and we are proud to help the effort.”
This year’s home is valued at more than $500,000. Builder Jeff Crawford, president of Cleveland Custom Homes, said he couldn’t have done the project without donations from many local contractors. Kendera Construction started digging the foundation in December and donated its efforts to help St. Jude Children’s Hospital carry on its mission.
The 2021 Cleveland St. Jude Dream Home will feature a rustic, modern design. The two-story house includes four bedrooms, a first-floor master, three and a half baths, a multipurpose mudroom, a kitchen/family room with a vaulted ceiling, a bonus room, a screened-in rear porch, a doggy spa and a staircase wine cellar.
Tickets are on sale now for the 2021 Fox 8 St. Jude Dream Home. Each $100 ticket provides the chance to win the Dream Home, a new car from Nick Abraham Auto Mall, a spa from Litehouse Pools & Spas and a $10,000 shopping spree at Northeast Ohio Factory Direct. Fox 8 has increased the number of tickets being sold this year to 22,000.
