ACProducts, parent company of Armstrong Cabinet Products, has announced the appointment of Nick Billig as CEO.
Recently, Billig spent 10 years with Masco Corp., initially as CEO of Moores Furniture, a manufacturer of kitchen and bathroom cabinetry and related services in the U.K. He then moved to the position of group VP, where he had operational responsibility for nine Masco companies with multiple manufacturing sites, distribution and sales offices throughout Western and Eastern Europe.
“Nick brings with him a wealth of leadership experience in turnaround and business improvement, and also a proven track record of developing teams and individuals,” said Rick Lovorn, president, ACProducts, Inc. “In the short time Nick has been involved with us, he has been increasingly excited by the potential inherent in ACPI. We are very pleased to welcome him to the team.”
Armstrong Cabinets was recently purchased by American Industrial Partners (AIP) and the new company will operate under the name of ACProducts, Inc. ACProducts has a limited license to use the Armstrong brand name and operate under the Armstrong Cabinet Products trade name during a license term of two years.
