OW Lee, a manufacturer of high-end outdoor furniture, fire pits and accessories, presented Justin Pfahl with the Sales Rep of the Year award for 2019. This special presentation was made during a sales meeting dinner at Harry Carey’s Steakhouse during the International Casual Furniture Market in Chicago.
Pfahl is a fairly new OW Lee sales rep, beginning his tenure in the spring of 2018 covering the Florida territory. Since his onboarding, he has successfully opened five new accounts and grown the territory’s sales by 69 percent. He has been actively involved in the outdoor casual business for more than 16 years in the capacity of buying, selling, product development and marketing. In 2013, Pfahl received the top honor of ICFA Sales Rep of the Year at the Apollo Awards in Chicago.

OW Lee’s Sales Rep of the Year is decided collectively by OW Lee staff with regards to specific criteria. The award winner must work with other departments to ensure the customer receives the highest level of service possible. They are supportive of every team member and works towards individual and company goals. They have a positive attitude and are respected by peers. The winner balances service with sales to ensure a great customer experience.
