Except for the showroom entries, all projects were judged by certified designers from another NKBA chapter and criteria included:

  • Design planning based on NKBA Kitchen & Bath Planning Guidelines with Access Standards
  • Presentation based on NKBA Graphics and Presentation Standards for Floor Plans and Elevations

The color palette matches both clients’ needs, and the new bath includes a toilet area, a freestanding tub and his-and-her vanities. The new space, which includes an addition, is large enough for entertaining and prepping at the same time. Folding windows and doors and a pass-through at the kitchen sink allow a seamless indoor/outdoor transition.
