The Kips Bay Decorator Show House is returning to Dallas for its sixth year and with it, 25 creative talents are ready to transform one of the city’s most iconic residences at 2999 Turtle Creek Boulevard. This year’s highly anticipated event will showcase the work of 25 distinguished designers and architects, chosen for their exceptional vision, innovation and influence across the design world.
Opening to the public on Friday, Nov. 7, 2025, the Kips Bay Decorator Show House is not only a marquee moment in the national design calendar, but also a philanthropic event, with proceeds supporting the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club and local Dallas nonprofits Dwell with Dignity and The Crystal Charity Ball.
“Each of our 25 designers were selected for their distinctive style and creative point of view,” said Daniel Quintero, executive director of the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club. “We’re thrilled to be returning to Turtle Creek at such a spectacular Dallas location, and we look forward to welcoming the design community and our supporters to experience this year’s extraordinary show house while supporting causes that make a meaningful impact.”
