Building Excitement
What KBIS attendees are most looking forward to at the 2025 show.
“I am excited to see product that transcends kitchen and bath and unifies the whole home, as well as more personalization and technology. I am also excited about the beautiful, clean lines of European-inspired designs that work for people of all ages and abilities. I will be touring booths of NKBA Manhattan sponsors, as well as looking for great new ideas to bring to clients. The networking is always fun, too.” Photo credit: Audrey Tiernan

“I am most looking forward to seeing the evolution of American cabinetry back into the show, monitoring how AI will continue to evolve into the industry and watching how pricing will adjust from inflation. At KBIS 2024, I was amazed at the new product innovations happening with appliance technology and was impressed with the amount of color being introduced – coming out of the “gray ages.” Photo credit: NKBA/KBIS
— Shad Johnsen, CKD, Founder, HingeWorks Cabinets & Appliances
“I LOVE seeing everyone together in a space to share ideas, collaborate on things they have done, things they wished they had done different and become one. I am looking forward to futurist ideas, collaboration on luxury for all, luxury experiences, ease of navigation, opening parties, evening events, presentations in virtual and in-person options, the International Pavilions (with the German chocolate), outdoor furniture, lighting and NKBA Chapter Leadership Training. It’s all so good, I live for KBIS!” Photo credit: Dodge and Burn Photography
