BDNY 2026 Welcomes More than 700 Brands, Live Design Experiences

Published: September 29, 2026

Boutique Design New York (BDNY), the leading curated trade fair and conference for boutique hotel design, will take place Nov. 8–9, 2026, at the Jacob K. Javits Center, bringing the hospitality design community together for two days of standout exhibits, immersive Designed Spaces, and the ideas advancing boutique and lifestyle hospitality.

Every year, BDNY brings something different to New York: brands making their debut, spaces built to be experienced and perspectives from the people driving hospitality forward. This year, more than 700 brands will present products and ideas for projects ranging from independent hotels and restaurants to global lifestyle and luxury brands.

Under the theme Designed to Be Remembered, BDNY 2026 looks at the details, materials and moments that make a space unforgettable. Across the show floor, attendees will find fresh introductions from exhibitors, walk through settings built to be lived in rather than looked at, and talk directly with the designers and brands shaping some of hospitality’s most distinctive hotels, restaurants, and lifestyle spaces.

“Memorable hospitality is built through thousands of decisions, from the products designers specify to the ideas and experiences that influence their thinking,” said Kevin Gaffney, senior vice president and general manager, Forge. “Our goal is for people to carry what they discover at BDNY into their work and ultimately into the guest experience, long after the show ends.”

Designed for Discovery

More Than 100 Brands Make Their BDNY Debut

More than 100 first-time exhibitors will introduce new collections for the hospitality market at BDNY. Among this year’s newcomers are AP Collection, coEco Panels, Frankford Umbrellas, Natuzzi and Sixinch Americas, spanning sustainable products, innovative technologies, hand-made seating, and custom indoor and outdoor furniture.

New Designed Spaces. New Perspectives.

BDNY’s signature Designed Spaces transform the show floor into fully built-out hospitality environments, giving attendees the opportunity to see exhibitor and sponsor products brought to life. For 2026, the program features collaborations between Ennismore + Avenue ID, IHG + Crème Design, and Preen Inc.

Each space offers a distinct take on hospitality, from concept and materiality to the details that shape how a space feels and functions.

One Night Only | IHG Hotels & Resorts x Crème Jun Aizaki Architecture & Design (Booth 255)
Inspired by New York’s legendary nightlife, One Night Only brings the distinct personalities of Kimpton, Hotel Indigo and Ruby Hotels together in an immersive setting celebrating design, storytelling and connection.

The Gilded Dare | Ennismore with Avenue ID (Booth 1873)
Inspired by the opulence of an old-world Manhattan penthouse, The Gilded Dare reinterprets Gilded Age glamour through unexpected materials, contemporary forms, ornate details and a playful more-is-more approach to luxury.

The Unkindness of Ravens | Preen Inc. (Booth 3119)
Dark, curious and a little wild, The Unkindness of Ravens creates a richly layered gathering place inspired by the cooperative nature of ravens and the creativity, camaraderie and connection of the hospitality industry.

Dine & Design Reimagined

Relish | //3877, Dine & Design Café (Booth 673)
As BDNY’s destination for front-of-house restaurant and bar design, Dine & Design returns in a new form for 2026. Relish transforms the conference lounge into a fully functional café, giving attendees a place to gather over lunch or coffee, as well as engage in inspiring conference sessions during the show. Set within rich woods, sumptuous velvet and tactile materials, the space is designed to be experienced firsthand, not just admired.

BDNY 2026

The BDNY Main Stage

Designed by Beth Bloom Designs, the Main Stage transports guests into a coastal escape: lush botanicals, a sand-and-shell palette and relaxed lounge moments creating effortless resort living with the polish of a major hospitality event. Approaching the space as it would an F&B concept, the studio worked closely with vendor sponsors to curate every element into one immersive, sophisticated take on Coastal Chic.

A Global View of Hospitality Design

BDNY continues to bring an international perspective to the show floor, connecting the North American hospitality community with manufacturers and designers from around the world. In 2026, exhibitors from more than 55 countries will participate, including Croatia, Germany, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Portugal and Spain. Expanding the show’s global presence, Korea and Norway will each host dedicated country pavilions for the first time, offering attendees an opportunity to discover new products from these design communities.

Ideas Worth Gathering Around

New for 2026, BDNY has tapped The Curators, a group shaping some of today’s most talked-about hospitality projects, to help guide the conference program. Across two days, conversations will examine the business, design, and cultural shifts changing how hospitality is conceived, created and experienced.

The 2026 Curators include Heather Ciszczon, CoralTree Hospitality; Mark Eacott, Ennismore; Paolo Ferrari, Studio Paolo Ferrari; Jason Goldberg, Brick House Atelier; Brittney Hepler, Choice Hotels International; Alison Medina, Hospitality Design; Lori Mukoyama, Gensler; Susan Nugraha, Tao Group Hospitality; Áine O’Connor, AOC Purchasing; Alissa Ponchione, Boutique Design | Hospitality Design; Julie Purpura, Avenir Creative; Krystel Sam, Hilton; Archit Sawhney, Harken Interiors; David Shove-Brown, //3877; Louie Sison, Hospitality Leader; Larry Traxler, TraxWorks Hospitality Collective; and Chantell Walsh, Strategic Hotels & Resorts.

Women Leaders in Hospitality

A highlight of the 2026 program, the BDNY Power Players: Women Leaders in Hospitality Breakfast, presented in partnership with NEWH, brings together leaders across design, operations, investment and manufacturing for a candid conversation about the forces influencing the industry.

The 2026 Power Players include Alison Bowman Sobeck, Marriott; Sarah Dusek, Few & Far; Mika Larrison, Lightstone Group; Kiko Singh, DLR | BraytonHughes; Jaclyn Moser, Harken Interiors; Susan Nugraha, Tao Group Hospitality; Áine O’Connor, AOC Purchasing; and Davonne Reaves, the Vonne Group. The discussion will be moderated by Alissa Ponchione, editor in chief, Boutique Design | Hospitality Design.

“BDNY offers the rare opportunity to bring the hospitality design community together in one place for a weekend chock-full of inspiration,” said Ponchione. “There’s a real sense of discovery on the show floor and beyond, from seeing new products and experiencing spaces in a different way to connecting with the people and ideas shaping the future of the industry. I can’t wait to see how it all comes to life in New York.”
