Fantini USA is pleased to announce the first and second place winners in the People’s Choice Awards: Unique Design. In an effort to celebrate all types of spaces and design styles, the company hosted an image-based competition on Instagram, where North American architects and designers were encouraged to submit the most uniquely designed room they’ve ever created.
The competition, which took approximately 4 weeks, encouraged architects, designers, friends and family members from all over the globe to vote for their favorite projects on @fantini_na’s Instagram Stories.
Anne-Marie Barton, Founder of AMB Design, was awarded 1st Place for the project 70’s by the Sea. The project, which was completed in Fall of 2017, is located in Mendocino, California. “Having a vast view of the bright blue ocean just outside the window with a double swing that sends you toward and over the lovely coastline,” is, in Anne-Marie’s words, the most unique aspect to the project. The 1st place prize is a 3-night stay at Casa Fantini/Lake Time Resort in Pella, Italy in 2021.
Millennium Park Residence, by Emil Garcia
Emil García, Design Associate at Centaur Interiors, was awarded 2nd Place for the project Millennium Park Residence. “The most unique part of this room is the vanity with the custom Venezia spouts that swivel and match the set at the tub with a floor mount tub spout,” says Centaur Interiors of their Chicago-based project, which was completed in 2018. The 2nd place prize is a voucher for $1,500 towards a Fantini product purchase.
