Vent-A-Hood has announced Mode Distributing as its official distributor for California. V-A-H Marketing, a company that had represented the Vent-A-Hood product line for 47 years, was purchased by Monte Walsh, president of Mode Distributing. Walsh plans to carry on the legacy of V-A-H Marketing, a family-owned business by maintaining existing distribution centers in Buena Park and Union City, CA, while also introducing aggressive plans to increase distribution and advance the brand to more showrooms and design centers.
Walsh comes to California after years of representing the Vent-A-Hood line and other appliances at Luwa Distributing, based in Bellevue, WA. “The pioneering position that Vent-A-Hood products have held across California as well as where Mode is going to take it into the future are a perfect blend of history and groundbreaking opportunity bound together in some of the best real estate known to man,” said Walsh. “We plan to do great things that stay true to what Vent-A-Hood means and share it with an even bigger audience that appreciates the finest in form and function with kitchen appliances today.”
