ThermaSol Institutes a Zero Internet Sales Policy

Published: July 1, 2014

Effective June 30, 2014, ThermaSol will no longer have its products sold on the Internet. Authorized Resellers will not be sanctioned to sell ThermaSol products or display prices on the Internet or through other means of electronic commerce, either directly or through third parties (except where prohibited by law).

“The ThermaSol brand strategy has always provided a unique experience for the end user,” said Jari Ristola, president of ThermaSol. “We remain focused on this strategy, and we hope our resellers recognize this when it comes to positioning the ThermaSol brand and sale of our products.”

The new policy is an example of ThermaSol’s belief in the effectiveness of brick-and-mortar showrooms and distributors. The company will work closely with its authorized network to ensure that all customers receive quality products and service.

“We are deeply committed to building our brand and partnering with select authorized distributors,” said Mitchell Altman, CEO of ThermaSol. “This serves to create a personal sales experience for consumers and design professionals in our customers’ showrooms under the professional guidance of knowledgeable staff – befitting of world-class brands.”
