S+H Construction, a residential renovation and custom home building company in the greater Boston area, is pleased to announce the launch of its new division — S+H Construction: Small Works + Home Management Division. Tony Casapulla will lead and oversee all aspects of this new venture, ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects that align with the S+H brand while promoting operational excellence.
S+H Construction believes that quality craftsmanship and commitment should be accessible for every project, whether it involves a single-room renovation or essential repairs. The Small Works + Home Management Division is dedicated to delivering the exceptional quality expected from S+H on smaller-scale projects.
Initially, the division will offer services including, but not limited to, window and door replacement, siding repairs and painting, weathered home repairs, water damage repairs, room renovations (including kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces), flooring installations, custom built-ins and cabinetry, mechanical upgrades (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), and outdoor living spaces. Additionally, home management services will be expanded in 2025.
