The Portland Group, a family-owned, fourth-generation plumbing and heating company, is pleased to announce the promotion of several employees: Greg Jackson to Haverhill branch manager, Chris Nappa to Providence branch manager and Mike Masse to marketing manager.
“These promotions are very well deserved,” said CEO Michael Fox.
Jackson has been with the company since 2013 and previously worked at the Manchester, New Hampshire, wholesale branch in several capacities. Since 2005, Nappa held various roles in the Providence branch. In their new roles as branch managers, Jackson and Nappa will oversee daily operations of the service counter, the warehouse, customer relations, inventory and sales. As marketing manager, Masse will be responsible for creating promotional campaigns, marketing research and day-to-day marketing tasks.
“Greg, Chris and Mike have consistently gone the extra mile with both customers and employees, and each has been instrumental in the company’s growth,” said Ben Rose, president of The Portland Group.
