Poggenpohl has appointed Neil Bailey as president of Poggenpohl U.S. and Canada.
Most recently, Bailey was managing director for Poggenpohl Group UK and Ireland, where he was responsible for managing the retail operations, dealer network and multi-unit projects division. Through acquisition and development, Bailey grew a network of eight corporate-owned studios that are currently Poggenpohl’s most successful in the world. His experience in the kitchen furniture industry spans more than 25 years, and he has worked within Nobia (Poggenpohl’s parent company based in Stockholm, Sweden) for over 10 years.
Bailey replaces Ted Chappell, who has decided to pursue an opportunity outside the kitchen cabinetry industry. Bailey will be succeeded by Simon Richmond, who was promoted to managing director, from his current role as sales & operations director for Poggenpohl UK.
