Moss Building & Design announced the launch of Natalie by Moss, a new AI-powered research tool designed to bring transparency and insight to homeowners exploring remodeling projects.
Built on more than 25 years of remodeling experience, Natalie analyzes data from more than 7,000 remodeling projects, allowing homeowners to research real kitchens, bathrooms, home additions and whole-home renovations, all completed by the Moss team in the Washington, D.C.-metro area.
The platform provides insights into project scope, design approaches, material selections and budget ranges, helping homeowners better understand what their own remodeling project could involve.
For many homeowners, the early stages of remodeling can be one of the most difficult parts of the process. While they may have a vision for their home, reliable information about realistic budgets, design possibilities and project scope is often hard to find. Online resources can be vague or outdated, and detailed information about real projects is rarely available until after meeting with a contractor.
Natalie was created to change that.
Unlike generic AI tools that rely on broad internet data, Natalie is trained specifically on Moss’s internal archive of completed projects, making it grounded in real-world remodeling experience. Homeowners can ask detailed questions about layouts, materials, budgets and design possibilities and receive answers informed by thousands of actual Moss projects.
“Homeowners deserve better access to information before they commit to a remodeling project,” said Paul DesRoches II, CEO of Moss Building & Design. “Natalie allows people to explore what’s possible in their home using insights drawn from thousands of real remodeling projects we’ve completed over the past 25 years.”
The launch of Natalie also coincides with a milestone year for Moss, which is celebrating 25 years of helping homeowners transform their homes across the Washington, D.C. metropolitan region.
By combining decades of design-build expertise with artificial intelligence, Moss aims to empower homeowners with the knowledge they need to plan their remodeling projects with greater clarity and confidence.
Natalie by Moss is now available to homeowners researching remodeling possibilities free of charge.
