Mid Continent Cabinetry has announced its first-ever kitchen and bath design contest. Winners will be chosen in three categories: new kitchens, remodeled kitchens and new/remodeled baths.
“We are very excited to recognize the work of our designers, who are always innovative when it comes to providing top notch designs and customized storage solutions for the individual homeowner,” said Rod Brewer, VP of marketing and product development for Mid Continent Cabinetry. “This contest allows us to recognize their innovative work and to showcase the amazing results.”
Contest entries will be judged on several criteria, including excellence in space utilization, storage solutions, original use of product and the overall aesthetic of the space. Entries will be judged by a panel of experts, including Ellen Cheever, CMKBD, ASID, author, designer and speaker.
The first-place winner in each category will receive $3,000; second-place winners will receive $2,000; and third-place winners will receive $1,000. Additionally, all winning designs will be professionally photographed and featured on Mid Continent Cabinetry’s website.
All submissions must be actual projects installed from June 1, 2010 through March 31, 2011. Contest entries will be accepted through March 31, 2011.
