Labor Finders Launches New Website

Published: January 21, 2020

Labor Finders International Inc., the oldest and largest privately held industrial labor staffing franchise company in the United States, is pleased to announce the unveiling of its new, easy-to-use, ADA-compliant website with an intuitive user interface. The site was created with all Labor Finders clients in mind, which includes both job seekers and employers looking for temporary staff.

“In the time since our last website was built, much has changed,” said Dan Shube, chief marketing officer of Labor Finders. “Our vision and goal were to get the word out to industrious people who required a website that is focused on simplifying their quest to match the best worker for every position available. Since more people than ever are using smartphones to access our website, we needed a newer, more powerful website that was lightning-fast, easy to navigate and, of course, ADA compliant. All of which will enable us to provide opportunities for temporary and permanent employment to many more people.”

Labor Finders was pleased with the prior design of their website that the company again decided to go with Marathon Consulting.

“Marathon’s UX experts focused on designing an easy-to-use, intuitive user interface for Labor Finders customers, which include both job seekers and employers looking for temporary staff,” said Tony Cortinas, co-founder and vice president of Marathon. “The website is integrated with Labor Finder’s internal systems so that all job postings are updated in real time, and new jobs show up on the website instantly. Speed and performance were especially important, especially on mobile responsive views, as a large portion of job seekers are accessing the Labor Finders website from mobile devices on cellular networks.”
