Kips Bay Decorator Show House, the nation’s premier design event organized by the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club, has announced the location for its eighth annual showcase in Palm Beach, Florida: 1125 North Flagler Drive in the Providencia Park neighborhood. This celebrated event, which will be open to the public for three weeks starting February 22, serves as the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club’s primary fundraising initiative and will also support the Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County in benefiting the local community.
“We are incredibly excited to bring the show house back to Palm Beach for the eighth iteration,” notes James Druckman, President of the Board of the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club. “The generosity of this community continues to amaze us as they come together each year to help us empower local youth and provide them with opportunities to thrive.”
Originally built in 1937, the exquisite single-family home boasts 7,706 square feet of living space with five spacious bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and an expansive outdoor area featuring an inground pool. Set against the stunning backdrop of the Intracoastal Waterway, this residence offers sweeping views of the clear blue water and nearby Palm Beach Island. This February, the property will welcome a select group of renowned interior designers, who will reimagine individual rooms before the home is opened to the public for viewing. With its historic charm, prime location, and impressive scale, this exceptional home serves as the perfect canvas for the vision of these designers.
“We are thrilled to once again partner with the Kips Bay Decorator Show House as it returns to Palm Beach,” says Jaene Miranda, President & CEO of Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County. “This event is a true celebration of creativity and generosity, and its impact on our local youth is immeasurable. The funds raised will directly support programs that empower children across Palm Beach County, providing them with the resources and opportunities they need to succeed. We are deeply grateful to the designers, organizers, and community members who make this event possible.”
For nearly half a century, top interior designers have come together to raise more than $30 million for the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club, which provides young people with educational and developmental programs in New York City. The Kips Bay Decorator Show House Palm Beach Chairs are Steele Marcoux and Ellie Cullman, with Jonathan Savage and Billy Ceglia serving as Vice Chairs.
