Gaggenau Launches New Ambassador Alliance Program

Gaggenau’s newly launched Ambassador Alliance program was created to engage and reward the company’s trade partners and industry influencers.

The recently launched Ambassador Alliance program and Ambassador Dealer promotion coincide with the creation of a dedicated online portal. The portal allows the Ambassadors to receive customized service and support, utilize professional tools and resources and gain access to events, all while earning Gaggenau rewards points.

“Gaggenau’s relationships with the members of the design and architecture community are incredibly important to us,” said Chris Kaeser, director of Gaggenau USA. “The Ambassador Alliance is unparalleled in the industry and shows Gaggenau’s commitment to fully supporting and rewarding the industry influencers who sell and specify Gaggenau appliances.”

The core of the Ambassador Alliance is the Concierge Program, which provides individualized customer service and support via a dedicated concierge team. Gaggenau Ambassadors have access to the Concierge Manager, who personally assists with any and all Gaggenau questions and requests, from planning specifications and appliance selection through after-sales care.

The company’s new SpecConnect system anchors the portal’s professional tools and resources, enabling Ambassadors to plan, specify and manage their projects more efficiently. And by carefully monitoring each potential project from before appliances are ordered through after-sales care, Gaggenau is able to provide each Ambassador’s clients with greater service.

In addition to having access to events such as lunch-and-learns for accreditation and hands on product trainings, Ambassadors can also earn rewards points to use toward various Gaggenau experiences.

Coinciding with the launch of the Ambassador Alliance online portal, Gaggenau announced its 2011 Ambassador Dealer Promotion. Available to the authorized Ambassador Dealer network, customers who purchase five to six core appliances will receive a 7-year extended warranty and one complimentary accessory, while customers who purchase seven or more appliances will receive a 10-year extended warranty and two complimentary accessories.
