Frank Webb Home’s new showroom in Stamford, Conn., features expanded product lines, interactive working displays and a customer-friendly experience. Conveniently located at 2041 West Main Street, the new 4,800-sq.-ft. showroom replaces Frank Webb Home’s previous site at 200 Richmond Hill Avenue.
Four times larger than the former space, the new showroom offers ample parking, easy access to I-95 and close proximity to downtown Stamford.
“With a welcoming setting and intuitive layout, our new showroom helps homeowners, designers and contractors transform their project ideas into outcomes optimized for comfort, style and functionality,” said Mary Kate Lucas, director of showroom sales at Frank Webb Home. “Enhanced by the experience of our knowledgeable team, this new space provides comprehensive kitchen, bath and lighting solutions for full remodeling projects, single fixture upgrades and everything in between.”
Elegant and Sophisticated Choices
Inside the two-level showroom, customers will discover more than a dozen freestanding tubs and a fully functional kitchen display on the first floor. An extensive selection of vanities, faucets and showers occupies the second level. The collection includes choices from a diverse range of leading manufacturers, with examples from Stone Forest, Gessi, Timberline and Laufen all on display.
Fully Functional Kitchen and Bath Fixtures
Working displays provide an interactive experience, allowing customers to see and feel how fixtures will function in their homes. The new showroom includes a working MrSteam shower, giving customers a glimpse into a high-tech, refreshing and spa-like bathroom enhancement.
Stamford features MrSteam’s Bliss package, integrating a steam generator, audio capabilities, chromatherapy and aromatherapy into a single luxurious system. Additional working displays include more than two dozen kitchen and bath faucets, showerheads and a Toto Neorest smart toilet.
Inspiring Vignettes
Frank Webb Home’s bathroom vignettes are created to encourage design ideas. Stamford’s vignettes consist of vanity cabinets with integrated lighting, night lights and outlets, helping customers understand how the arrangements would appear and function in their finished projects.
Diverse Lighting Solutions
A wide-ranging lighting selection suits a variety of project needs, with both traditional and contemporary options available. Lighting displays showcase offerings from Hudson Valley, Hubbardton Forge, Visual Comfort, Quoizel and Crystorama.
Digital Support
The new location also includes a customer support kiosk. This digital tool elevates the purchasing experience by sharing additional information about each Visual Comfort product. Browsing each product virtually gives customers valuable insights into style, finish and size specifications.
“Our new location delivers significant improvements to the customer experience, and we look forward to welcoming new visitors and continuing long-time relationships with our loyal clientele,” said Samantha Cantrell, manager of Frank Webb Home’s Stamford showroom. “We’re thrilled to move into this new space and will proudly continue our tradition of providing superior customer service here. This new showroom gives our customers an experience worthy of the projects they’re pursuing.”
Backed by 30 years of showroom industry experience, Cantrell leads a team with extensive knowledge of plumbing and lighting solutions. The new Stamford showroom is now open Monday through Saturday.
