Fisher & Paykel is pleased to announce two new hires, Leslie Deilli-Venneri and Krystal Hunter, and one internal promotion within the brand’s Design Development team. Expanding the team under the experienced guidance of Paula Smith, the brand looks forward to strengthening its established architect/designer/developer relationships across key markets as well as continuing to foster new partnerships.
Deilli-Venneri is based in the Los Angeles area and will oversee the Los Angeles metro region, while Hunter is based in Houston and will oversee the Houston/Dallas markets.
In addition to the two new hires, the brand is thrilled to have the internal promotion of Briana Ryan, following her successful role as Fisher & Paykel’s New York Experience Center manager. In this new role as DDM, Ryan will oversee the New England region. Completing the team is Barbara Kessler, based in Manhattan, New York. Kessler is well respected in the New York CIty metro design community and has strengthened the presence of Fisher & Paykel in her role as design development manager for the past three years.

Leslie Delli-Venneri
Having joined the company six months ago, Delli-Venneri has a rich background within the kitchen & bath industry. Coming from the Decorative Plumbing sector, she was excited to enter her role as a DDM for the Los Angeles region. Delli-Venneri is particularly aligned with the brand’s respect for the planet pillar and human-centered design philosophy. She appreciates how routines, rituals and everyday life play a role within use of appliances at home for single and multi-family residences. Delli-Venneri looks forward to working with architects and designers across Los Angeles, as well as working on special projects and expanding relationships with trade organizations.
Krystal Hunter
Located in Dallas, Hunter joined Fisher & Paykel seven months ago as a DDM. In this new role, Hunter brings a passion for design and enjoys helping designers and architects achieve a client’s dream kitchen. She is aligned with the brand’s mission to offer the beauty of choice in appliance offering to fit all lifestyles. As a goal-oriented individual, she looks forward to helping to expand designer relationships across her region and North America alongside her colleagues.
Brianna Ryan
Ryan’s promotion to DDM came after a successful five years working across roles within Fisher & Paykel’s New York Experience Center. Her rich knowledge of products and product innovation, coupled with her innate storytelling ability, have already allowed her to make an impact within her region. Based in New York and overseeing the New England region, Ryan is excited to explore and further establish design community relationships, while expanding brand awareness.
Barbara Kessler
Kessler has been with Fisher and Paykel for more than three years. Initially drawn to this role for her love of building strong relationships, Kessler continues to engage with the design community and actively connects with new partners while nurturing her long-standing relationships. Consistently inspired by the innovation the brand brings to the appliance market, Kessler looks forward to expanding Fisher & Paykel’s awareness across the U.S. market and to the new levels of success that are now possible with this dynamic and growing DDM team.
Paula Smith
With nearly 20 years of experience in the home appliance industry, Smith joined Fisher & Paykel six years ago to open and manage the New York Experience Center. Smith has a vast understanding of the brand, and the premium appliance market. Having held her role as marketing director for the Builder/Designer channel for almost three years, Smith oversees strategic planning, execution and support of the channel and provides insight, solutions, and support to deliver a premium experience to both builder and designer clients. Overseeing this expanded DDM team, she looks forward to driving further brand awareness across North America and expanding relationships within the design community.
