In a transaction arranged by CBRE, home appliance manufacturer Fisher & Paykel inked a 66,375 sq. ft. industrial lease at the Centennial Commerce Center in Piscataway, New Jersey. Owned by Haier, the major appliance company will occupy the space at the newly constructed warehouse property located at 800 Centennial Avenue by fall 2020.
The CBRE team of Mindy Lissner, Robert Pine and Ben Shapiro spearhead the leasing campaign at Centennial Commerce Center and represented ownership, Penford Group, an industrial real estate development and investment firm. CBRE also acted on behalf of Fisher & Paykel in the lease negotiations, with Ms. Lissner part of the CBRE team representing the company internationally.
Completed in 2019, Centennial Commerce Center is a warehouse facility totaling 277,830 sq. ft. The property offers immediate access to I-287 via two, four-way Interchanges; Route 78 and proximity to Port Newark-Elizabeth and Newark Liberty International Airport. Sitting on 19.4 acres, the warehouse boasts a corporate campus setting, significant frontage on Centennial Avenue, 36’ clear ceilings, a 140′ loading court, 1,500 amps of power and onsite parking for up to 338 cars.

In addition to the 66,375 sq. ft. lease with Fisher & Paykel, the CBRE team is currently marketing 79,650 sq. ft. of prime warehouse space that is divisible and available for immediate occupancy.
