Fabuwood, a semi-custom cabinetry manufacturer, has announced two leadership appointments.
Howard Rhine has stepped into the role of chief people officer. With more than 17 years of HR, operations and executive leadership experience, most recently as chief human resources officer at Adorama, Rhine will lead HR and talent functions.
In this new role, he will partner with leaders across the organization on talent development, employee engagement and workforce planning while reinforcing the collaboration and shared purpose that have long been hallmarks of Fabuwood’s culture.
Scott Davies joins the company as vice president of marketing, bringing more than 25 years of leadership experience in the appliance and kitchen industry. Most recently, he served as senior director of marketing at Dacor Luxury Appliances and Samsung Builder.
Davies will lead Fabuwood’s marketing strategy, partnering with sales, product and business leaders to drive demand generation, support dealer growth and improve effectiveness.
