Elkay Names Presidents of Domestic And International Operations

Elkay Manufacturing announced today the promotion of Elkay executives Thomas A. Samanic (pictured below) and Stephen C. Rogers (pictured above) into two newly created presidential roles.

Stephen C. Rogers, who joined the company in 2004, stepped into the role of president of Elkay International on January 1, 2014. He joined Elkay as vice president of engineering for the plumbing products division and has held increasingly important roles within the company.

“This appointment reflects our profound trust in Steve as well as the growing size and importance of Elkay’s international businesses,” said Tim Jahnke, Elkay president and CEO. “Consolidating all aspects of our international businesses – operations, marketing, sales and supply chain – under Steve’s direction provides us with the focus needed to successfully optimize our business, on a global front.”

Thomas A. Samanic has also been promoted to president of Elkay US and Canada. He joined Elkay in 2000. Throughout his tenure with the company he has held a number of key roles allowing him to acquire unique insights into all parts of Elkay’s U.S. businesses.
