Duravit has partnered for the first time with Habitat for Humanity’s Gwinnett, Alabama branch. The company’s U.S. headquarters recently supported the local Habitat chapter with the donation of fixtures for four family townhomes and through volunteer work for a local Habitat “build.”
“This is just one way for us to support our community and give back to those who live in our area. Though this was our first time partnering with Habitat for Humanity, it certainly will not be our last. We look forward to continued future collaborations,” said Tim Schroeder, president, Duravit USA.
Duravit volunteers joined the non-profit group to assist in the construction of a project called “House #107.” The home is now completed and will be dedicated to its new owners, the Abdaltam/Antero family, during a ceremony hosted by the Gwinnett County Habitat for Humanity.
