Dornbracht Americas welcomes Kara Roth as director of marketing and communications. In this role, Roth will lead Dornbracht’s brand strategy and communications across North America, reinforcing the company’s position as the definitive standard in refined design and uncompromising exclusivity.

With more than 15 years of experience in global marketing and PR leadership, Roth has made a name for herself by elevating premium brands, driving market expansion and delivering data-driven strategies that generate measurable business impact. Having held leadership roles at Altenloh, Brinck & Co. and Duravit, both renowned German manufacturers, she possesses a deep understanding of the intersection between design, craftsmanship and innovation shaping enduring brand value on a global scale.

A strategist at heart and a storyteller by nature, Roth thrives at the crossroads of strategy and creativity, transforming insights into compelling brand narratives. Her expertise spans multi-million-dollar budget management, cross-functional leadership and high-performance team development across the Americas and emerging markets. She also brings her dedication to conservation and the natural world to her personal life, volunteering as a marketing and event consultant for zoos and museums and serving as a founding member of YPAC (Young Professionals for Animals and Conservation).
