Craft-Art has overhauled its sample program to offer lighter, less expensive samples. The new standardized samples of countertop and butcher-block wood species measure 4 in. x 4 in. and 3/4 in. thick.
Samples with an eased edge are now offered for $2 each or $7 for a 5-in. x 7-in. custom sample with a specific edge profile. Reclaimed wood samples are available in a 5-in. x 7-in. size for $20. The company also provides a merchandising box, which includes 20 samples of both domestic and exotic wood species.
“Our new sample box is portable, easy to travel with and, at less than half the price of our previous sample box, very cost efficient,” said Brad Baker, director of sales for Craft-Art. “This change will allow our kitchen and bath dealers to better access and merchandise our samples for those customers looking for an alternative to granite and other synthetic countertop materials.”
Samples are available for ordering through Craft-Art’s website.
