Cesar announced the strengthening of its corporate structure with 100% of the company’s shares returning to the Cester family, consolidating a clear and stable governance framework to support the company’s growth trajectory.
This transition marks a new phase defined by continuity and confirmed solidity. Following the passing of Michele Dalla Libera, longstanding partner of Cesar, his shareholding was bequeathed to Gina Cester, CEO and sole director, thereby ensuring continuity of ownership and preserving the group’s industrial identity.
Within this context, Cesar also announced the appointment of Maurizio Vianello as general manager, effective March 2, 2026. This appointment forms part of a broader organizational evolution designed to support a structured growth phase, with a more articulated governance model and strengthened managerial oversight, fully consistent with the company’s history and industrial identity.

Reporting directly to Cester, Vianello will assume cross-functional responsibility for operations, commercial and financial areas, with the mandate to ensure strategic coherence and managerial solidity, enhance the investments made in recent years in product development and technology, accelerate business growth and consolidate the brand’s positioning in its key markets.
“Last December, we unexpectedly lost our partner Michele Dalla Libera,” said Cester. “By leaving his shareholding to me, he ensured the continuity of what we had built together. My responsibility toward the company, its people and all stakeholders made it clear that strengthening the top-level structure was an essential step.
“With Maurizio’s arrival, a new phase begins. His experience will allow us to reinforce our organization and processes, leveraging the passion of our people and the significant investments made to date. I am pleased and look ahead with confidence.”
From a strategic standpoint, the new corporate structure — combining full family ownership with a dedicated general management — creates the conditions to continue and accelerate the growth path undertaken in recent years.
“I am honored to join the Cesar team and thank Gina for her trust,” said Vianello. “In recent years, Cesar has invested extensively in product development and technology to guarantee the highest levels of quality and operational flexibility for its clients. My role will be to enhance this work, accelerating business development and consolidating the brand’s reputation in its reference markets.”
