Bendheim Wall Systems has introduced a new continuing education program for AIA sustainable design and USGBC credit. The free, self-study course, “Designing Safe & Sustainable Buildings with Channel Glass Wall Systems,” explores the structural properties and design benefits of translucent channel glass wall systems, including daylighting capabilities, thermal performance and safety.
The course defines channel glass and explores its beneficial design and energy-efficient features. Participants will be able to identify and discuss available options to improve the thermal performance of channel glass wall systems and learn how the use of the glass can help a building project achieve LEED certification.The course can be accessed here.
