Amerock Hardware, supplier of decorative hardware and functional hardware solutions for the home, has appointed Tracey Amadio, vice president, sales & marketing. In this position, Amadio is responsible for setting strategic direction and managing marketing and branding efforts.
“Tracey’s marketing savvy and her extensive experience with strong brands will be an asset in this newly created position,” said Ron Foy, operating partner, NOVA Capital Management Limited, and president, Amerock Hardware. “She has the right combination of creativity and pragmatism to drive differentiated customer-focused solutions and integrated communications and merchandising for the Amerock business.”
Amadio comes to Amerock from the Valspar Corporation, a $4B global manufacturer of paint and coatings for the professional and do-it-yourself markets where she was the general merchandise director / field sales manager for Lowe’s International. Amadio also held positions with GE, Rubbermaid, LP and Fieldcrest Cannon where she gained extensive experience in P&L management, marketing and channel and account management of a large portfolio of products for consumer brands in North America. She received a B.S. Textile Engineering and Chemistry from Clemson University in 1992.
