Poggenpohl announces its new 3,500 square foot showroom at Boston’s iconic Saunders building, at the front corner of Park Plaza, located in the historic heart of Back Bay. The light-filled space with an expansive open floor plan seamlessly blends with the modern luxury kitchens and elegant interiors.
This new showroom continues Poggenpohl’s commitment to serving Boston’s preeminent design community for over 30 years since its previous Newbury Street location. The enhanced space allows the brand to showcase multiple collections and improve its visibility in Boston, as the new showroom neighbors several multi-unit buildings (One Charles Street, Ritz Carlton, Millennium Tower, and Mandarin Oriental) that already display Poggenpohl kitchens in every unit.
Corderman & Company construction management and Poggenpohl’s showroom architect Mick Ricereto worked together to preserve the showroom’s architectural integrity while simultaneously transforming it into a modern studio. The original facade was maintained, and the exterior signage elements were
refreshed to embrace the aesthetic of the original building.
“We’re delighted to reintroduce Poggenpohl to the Boston design community. We’ve invested in our brand image and created a luxury living space to spark inspiration. It’s part of the brand’s strategic direction to align luxury kitchen design concepts with a unique customer experience,” said Marcia Speer, President. “We welcome you to visit our new showroom and be inspired to design your dream kitchen.”
This marks Poggenpohl’s 10th corporate showroom in the U.S. Additional corporate locations include the Flagship Showroom in NYC’s SoHo, Architects & Designers Building in Midtown NY, Chicago, Atlanta, Boston, DCOTA Florida, Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. In addition, Poggenpohl is represented by more than 20 independent kitchen retail partners across the U.S.
