LCD touchscreen that provides access to the culinary command center inclusive of steam-assist and step-by-step recipes, as well as dual four-part pure convection providing the ability to cook multiple dishes at once with zero flavor transfer.
The new range marries a sleek user interface with bold, stainless-steel touchpoints. Designed to simplify life through innovation, the range expands upon Dacor’s cutting-edge technology to include air sous-vide, air fry, dual infrared broilers, and voice and remote control through Wi-Fi-enabled SmartThings. It also features Dual Four-Part Pure Convection for zero flavor transfer and 22K BTU SimmerSear brass burners.
