Americh, the manufacturers of American-made and designed tubs and shower products, has announced that Emerson Swan is now the brand’s agency for New York Metro and northern New Jersey, as well as their original coverage area of New England, effective Jan. 1, 2021. In addition to New England, the new territory will encompass the southern areas of New York and northern New Jersey along I95 – I195.
“Emerson Swan’s northern division has had a very positive impact on our business in New England,” said Kim Frechette, national sales manager for Americh. “Their experienced team, already in place, will bring the same breadth of plumbing knowledge and commercial experience as well as a layered customer support strategy to metro N.Y. and northern N.J. as well.”
Emerson Swan was founded in 1932 by Thomas J. Swan Sr. and has become one of the largest manufacturer’s representative organizations in the United States. The company grew from pipe, valves and fittings to include boilers, solar collectors, water heaters, heat distribution products and a professional division for kitchen and bath fixtures.
Emerson Swan has three experienced field representatives established in the territory and a team of inside support people. Joe Adornetti covers the five Burroughs and central N.J., Mark Ammann covers Long Island, and Adam Farrell covers northwestern N.J. and Westchester.
