gas grill, available as a freestanding or built-in unit. Offered in
30-, 36- and 42-in. models, and crafted from double-wall stainless
steel, the units use two types of heat, direct and radiant, to achieve
a temperature range and uniform heat distribution. For cooking power,
the 36- and 42-in. grills offer 90,000 Btu, as well as a 25,000-Btu
sear station, ideal for sealing in flavorful juices when cooking meat.
Warming drawers, side burner modules, sear modules and stainless-steel
accessory doors and drawers are also available.
